June 13th

Monday Night Flights

Thanks to all the vaulters and coaches that turned out for the first meet of the summer. The weather cooperated and everyone had fun with some good vaulting.

A few thoughts for next week's meet:

• The crossbar hit 10'0" at 6:30 tonight. If some of the guys wanted to wait to arrive until around 6:00, instead of 4:00, we can work their warmups runs in at that height.
• If you know of other vaulters from your school, or other schools, that would like to attend, be sure to let them know.
• Remember that the cost for each vaulter at each meet will now be $1. This will be for Plainview Community Education. If you didn't pay for tonight's meet, please bring a couple bucks next week.
• Be sure to check this site next Monday before you leave for Plainview. If necessary, cancellation of the meet will be posted by 3:00 Monday.
